Personal Empowerment Group Coaching Program
The Personal Empowerment Group Coaching Program is an intensive transformational program with the same content and emphasis as the Personal Empowerment Coaching program however it is conducted in group of between 5-10 in a workshop format.
There are 6 workshops held once per month for 6 months. Each workshop is 3 hours durations. Participants committed to this program will need to attend all 6 workshops. The format allows participation at a reduced cost compared to that of the one on one intensive program.
Empowering Communication Workshop
Whatever the size and nature of your business personal relationships and communication are at the heart of its success.
More effective communication between management and team members, clients, business partners and within peer groups is essential.
When you have a clearer understanding of expectations and responsibilities you and your people can experience fulfillment and satisfaction in the workplace, developing a healthier work/life balance and increased productivity.
This workshop is a full day workshop for business owners, management and team members of the same business.
The workshop can be tailored and structured to meet the business needs, convenience and commitments (ie two half day workshops or three two hour workshops).
The workshop can accomodate two(2) to fifty (30) participant.
Business Personnel Empowerment Program
This program applies the coaching of the personal development program in a Business context with groups (business owners, management and team members) from the same Business.
Your business is made up of people and the people in the business significantly impact on the business. This workshop is a personal development process with a far-reaching application – personally, professionally and across the whole of your life.
Working with groups (particularly in the same business) is the fastest way to bring about mutual understanding and a more empathetic working relationship which has a powerful impact on performance, productivity, creativity and innovation.
The program deals with areas such as understanding self and others, leadership, personal responsibility and accountability, effective communication and alignment of culture in the business.
The program involves six(6)workshops of four(4) hours duration once per month for six(6) months or longer if desired.
The program is conducted of that time frame to allow the information to be absorbed, processed and integrated into the business without the loss of momentum.
The monthly workshop can be held at a time and day that takes into account the convenience and impact on the business.
The number of participants can range between two(2) to twenty(20) in any one workshop.
Vison and Values Alignment
for Business Owners and Team Leaders
Values are an unconscious determinant of behaviour. They are what are important to you. Most people are not aware of what their true values are only what they think the value “ought” or “should” be.
Generally the values of a business will be a reflection of the business owner/CEO values.
Understanding your own values and thereupon the values of the business opens up a greater possibility of creating fulfilling, long lasting relationships with team members and clients.
Having clarity around the values of the business promotes greater understanding and direction in the Business. Importantly it has a significant impact on creating a culture that everyone is aligned and moving in the same direction.
This program is designed to elicit from the Business Owner the Vision and Values for the Business and to facilitate the communication of that Vision and those Values to all team members.
Usually, this involves two(2) three hours sessions with the Business Owners(if they are working in the business), CEO and/or Management.
Thereafter there is a three(3) hour meeting with the team where the Vision and Values are communicated to the team.
The meeting with the team is designed to have the team members make a choice around and a commitment to the vision and values of the business.
This a workshop aimed at creating a powerful new mindset around beliefs, focus, abundance, prosperity and money.
The workshop is intensive and educational.
You will leave the workshop with a deeper understanding of yourself, how and why your beliefs around money are formed either consciously and unconsciously, how these beliefs affect your financial position, how to change those beliefs, how to maintain focus and clarity around what you want for yourself in your life.
The workshops are four (4) hours in duration and re held at The Industry Development Centre, University Drive, Callaghan.
